Not sure how long the limited time is valid for for currently £18.99 for a twin pack. I use these on my homelab server, console, media pc and 3d printer, more to monitor the energy usage than to regularly turn them on and off (though remote start has been handy at least once). I've got some of these MSS305, along with the Matter controlled versions (MSS315) and performance has been great. @ £18.99 the price is actually better than I paid for some more from AliEx recently, at at least these come with next day shipping too.
