Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using PandaPicks you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

Using PandaPicks

You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt access, or submit harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the platform without our prior written consent;
• use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform, except for public search engine crawlers complying with our robots.txt;
• attempt to bypass our submission, rate-limiting, or anti-abuse safeguards;
• access the service using anyone else's account, or share your credentials with others;
• reverse engineer, probe, or test the vulnerability of the platform without authorisation.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your sign-in details secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@pandapicks.co.uk and update your credentials immediately.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting deals or comments, you grant PandaPicks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Posting Rules

All deal submissions must follow our community posting rules. Posts that breach these rules are automatically rejected or may be removed during moderation. Repeated or deliberate violations may result in account suspension.

Email Communications

When you create an account or set up alerts, we send transactional emails (such as sign-in confirmations, password resets, and deal alerts you have requested). You can manage which notifications you receive in your settings, and every email contains an unsubscribe link where applicable. Some service emails (for example, password resets and security notices) cannot be disabled while you have an active account.

Intellectual Property and Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on PandaPicks infringes your intellectual property rights, please email support@pandapicks.co.uk with a description of the work, the URL of the offending content, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will review and act on valid notices promptly.

Analytics and Cookies

We use PostHog and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. These services collect usage data, including pageviews, clicks, session recordings, and device information, only after you give your consent via our cookie banner. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party deal or merchant link will be accurate, available, or safe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaPicks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) any amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Termination

You may stop using PandaPicks and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where we are required to do so by law. On termination, your account is closed and your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Content you have posted publicly (such as deals, votes, and comments) may remain visible in an anonymised form to preserve the integrity of community discussions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under mandatory law.
